Dallas bathtub refinishing services has been my baby since my senior year of high school in 1991. I had no idea when I started this company It would supply me with the ability to raise my gorgeous 24 year old daughter and provide for my Loving wife of over 25 Years!
It could never have worked if it were not for the great people of the Dallas,TX area! I mean that! God bless each of you that have helped me out along the way! Allowed me into your homes and trusted my knowledge and abilities in the refinishing business.
When you work with a small business you are apart of that business. Especially an owner operated business because the conversations, the experience everything about your particular job stays with that business for years to come, at least it does for me!
There are people that I bet have long forgotten me but I think back to them in all honesty on at least a monthly basis. People that I know I won't see again because they were moving out of state or to a different part of the state. There are people that have literally went to friends in neighborhoods and kept me working day after day for a week at a time on the same street! I think about these people all the time. These are the people that I love meeting and working for because they are genuine. They are what makes me love this business so much and makes me feel appreciated which is just as important in business as making money. The money is what keeps the business going but the appreciation and compliments of the customer is what keeps me loving what I do for a living! Thank You!

Here we are Looking at Thanksgiving 2017! It feels literally like yesterday that I was updating my regular website pages to read 2014! I don't know why that year and change sticks out more in my mind than the past years but it does verify how fast time flies by.

I think it may be because I was excited about the first year I was using the new liquid glass additive. This gave my bathtubs a new level of gloss and smoothness that I was unable to achieve before!

Past, Present and Future customers

Speaking of time flying I completed a job for a young couple in Keller the other day. I introduced myself when I arrived and the man said "yes sir, I met you before" I asked if I had completed a bathtub refinishing job for him in the past and he said well.... not for me but you did for my mom and I was 8 at the time!! I jokingly told him not to make a guy feel old that was about to be sanding, kneeling and bending over a bathtub for several hours working! We laughed and I admitted I am terrible with names but my invoicing program keeps all of the addresses and invoices I have completed. He gave me the address and there it was... I had refinished a bathtub for his mother in December 2006! A second generation customer (achievement unlocked) wow! He made me feel like a million dollars because he said how grateful his single mom was to have the tub refinished back then and it still looked great when they moved out in 2013.
It makes me want to take the extra time here at Thanksgiving to say a special Thank You to all of my past customers! Dallas Bathtub Refinishing Services
