I established my business in 1992 and serviced Lincoln Property Company, Westdale Management, Holiday Inn Hotels, Simpson Property Group and Staubach Capital properties from 1992 thru 2009. As my crew took care of the commercial properties I started doing residential homes. I sold out the commercial side and focused on being an owner operated business in 2012 servicing residential homes since then. I absolutely love working in residential homes because with a larger business I was putting out fires so to speak most of the time. I was also a banker because the crew would always need to borrow money on their check. It was like all of their problems became my problems and I still had a business and family to attend to. Since becoming an owner operated business my headaches are gone. My customers were always great! I also always loved doing the work! This way, I am able to give the customer 100% of my attention, guarantee the work is completed correct because I am personally doing the work. Offer the best products, not cheap, thinned down paint such as Aliphatic Acrylic Urethane and standard epoxy paint that is so prevalent in our Industry. I am able to apply Polyester porcelain chemically bonded with silane coupling agent so the surface is integrated into the old and forms a permanent surface. All for a competitive price of what others are charging for the painted surface that goes on top of the old surface.
