Another blessed day today. I met a great guy that needed to get a bathtub and tile surround refinished in Dallas. The home had set vacant for a while but the Gentleman was so nice I had no issue with doing a little extra work to get the bathtub and tile cleaned up. Before the refinishing process could begin.
I absolutely love it when I meet someone that I have so much in common with and there is an instant trust level and it is just understood that he was trying to get the home ready for sale and needed some extra help. After I finished the work, I ended up talking to him for about an hour. He installed weapon racks into police units and I found that to be very interesting because I am a gun buff anyway! We talked about the different weapons we carry and own and he took me out to his truck and showed me an AR-15 that he had painted himself and it looked awesome! When projects go like this it feels so comfortable because it is like working for a longtime friend.
